USCoinSpot offers the following Returns Policy: All products are guaranteed to be genuine and as described in the BODY of the listing. (Sometimes titles are not descriptive enough to be clear)
Customers are encouraged to communicate with seller in order to resolve any issues pending.
Products may be returned to seller postage prepaid any time and for any reason within 7 days of receipt for full credit of net proceeds collected by seller. Net proceeds mean amount paid by buyer less all appropriate listing fees and commissions and postage and handling paid by seller. Since handling is difficult to calculate seller uses an average formula of 11 percent of sales price subject to a minimum of $1. This would compensate seller for time, materials and labor in preparing customer orders.
In rare cases that the wrong or inappropriate product has been shipped the seller will issue full cash refund or replacement of the item at sellers expense. This has occurred only a few times in the last 10 years.
Buyer is encouraged to use credits for returned items towards new purchases but is under no obligation to make any future purchase EXCEPT for hand made articles of wood or stone which are only eligible for exchange.
Returned products must be packed well and received in same condition as seller shipped them with all packaging and protections intact.
Any bonus items included in the shipments are gifts to the customer and need not be returned. Seller includes bonus merchandise in order to advertise its products and good service and all bonus items received by customer are FREE of charge not dependent on the purchase.
In most cases, seller will issue cash refunds upon written request for any credit due customers but seller not obligated to do so unless seller has failed shipped the properly advertised product within 7 days of payment clearance.
